Diamond Blades & Wheels

A wide range of cutting and grinding wheels are avaliable for working either hard, medium or abrasive construction materials.

Cutting discs should only be used for cutting applications, and not for grinding.

Diamond cutting discs are largely manufactured to the safety standards and requirements listed below:

EN13236
Products approved to this standard undergo certain safety tests, mainly for both single point and three point side loading and bursting speed. Once these have been met they are entitled to carry EN13236 approval.

oSa
Products approved to this requirement must come from a factory which manufactures to very stringent quality control standards set by the Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives (oSa). This is an independent body whose purpose is to provide a definitive and recognisable standard for quality not only for the product itself, but also the factory who manufactures it. Unlike other standards such as MPA where a certificate valid for a considerable period is issued upon a product being tested and approved, oSa members are required to ensure that the required standardes and quality processes are always strictly adhered to.
